Yesterday was a LONG day. Adam and I (Katie came too) took our boat, and by boat I mean our beautiful 16ft. green fishing boat out to Prairie Lake in Albion to meet my mom and step dad to check out the cottage they are interested in. They wanted to use the boat so that we could get a feel for the lake. It is a nice, quiet, little lake. Perfect for them. Could be fun.
Then we went on to Scheulers for a nice lunch.
Later we went to the movies. We saw "Just like Heaven". It was enjoyable. Saw some really good previews, 2 of which were, Rent and Just friends. Looking forward to those most.
After the movie we called Andrea and went over to her friends house. We played a heated game of drinking UNO. Which unfortunatly was cut short when Adam noticed that the 70 gallon fish tank was leaking at the seams. "Talk about a buzz kill"-Ray. So the game was stopped and the take was emptied of all plants and fish and water.... goodtimes!!
The best part of the whole evening was the text message from one Goedge professing that she was "Having an wonderfully fabulous time in Washington DC and that she wished I was there....." or something like that..... wink wink......
